Our Specialization
We specialize in complete jigs and fixtures design and manufacturing service. Our gauging solutions range from simple checking gauges and master inspection gauges to production assembly gauges. We do supply precision components and spares to world class machine manufacturers.
Our services include the design and manufacture of
- Manual inspection fixtures, to hold a component part to allow it to be examined.
- CMM inspection fixtures, designed and manufactured from high quality materials to high tolerances as required for master gauges
- Drilling jigs, designed either as hand-held or bench-mounted to enable holes to be accurately drilled in a component.
- Trimming fixtures, to hold a plastic or composite component securely to enable safe trimming and edge finishing.
- Machining fixtures, designed and manufactured to securely hold and present a component or a number of components for secondary finish CNC machining.
- Bonding/cooling/paint fixtures, to securely hold a component during the bonding of an assembly or during a cooling or painting process.
